Waterloo, IA - Wendy Brunko of Exceptional Persons, Inc.’s (EPI’s) has joined EPI’s 5 Star Club as she was selected as May’s Direct Support Professional (DSP) of the month.
EPI’s 5-Star Club was created to celebrate the outstanding work of DSP’s at EPI. Peers nominate fellow DSP’s and recipients are chosen from those nominations.
Wendy’s nominator had many great things to say, “Wendy is a mentor and advocate for the people she supports. She makes it a priority to provide supports along with compassion and companionship. Wendy treats the people she supports like family and has taken the time to really get to know them and their preferences. By doing this, she has built honest and trustworthy relationships.”
