Waterloo, IA - Exceptional Persons, Inc.’s (EPI’s) employee Tammy Buck has been awarded March Direct Support Professional (DSP) of the month. She is the fourth DSP to join EPI’s 5 Star Club.
EPI’s 5-Star Club was created to celebrate the outstanding work of DSP’s at EPI. Peers nominate fellow DSP’s and recipients are chosen from those nominations.
Tammy’s nomination stated many great things, including the following, “Tammy has an uncanny warmth about her that is almost indescribable. The relationships she is able to form with persons served are based on trust. Tammy advocates for the needs, interests and preferences of the persons she serves. There is a never ending list of creative ideas that she has to better support the individuals she serves.”
