A Story About Beau's Success

Finding a job can be a stressful task for anyone, but Beau knew it was what he needed in order to gain further independence. So he began working with EPI’s employment services in early 2020 with the goal of finding a job within our community.

Not only did Beau have conversations about determining the type of job he wanted, he gained knowledge in resume building, interview skills, and perseverance throughout his search. Soon Beau realized he wanted a job not only to enjoy, but one where he would feel at home - with EPI’s help, he found just that.

Beau is now celebrating one year with Bertch Cabinetry on the production line – getting products ready to ship. In his time on the job, he has shown growth in so many different ways while always showing up with a smile on his face.

“Beau is a guy who comes in every day with a positive attitude, he's a joy to be around. There's not a day that goes by where Beau doesn't make me laugh or brightens my day. It's an overall pleasure to have Beau on the team," shared Bryan Bailey, Beau’s supervisor.

When asked what he liked about EPI’s employment services Beau said, "EPI helped me find a good job that I love and I want to stay here for a very long time."
