Welcome to the Team!

The year 2023 was a big one for us as we welcomed FOUR new program managers to our team.
 

Crystal Anfinson (left), comes to us with eight years of experience as an EPI direct support professional. So she may look familiar to many of you - make sure to congratulate her on this promotion when you see her.
 

Alexis (Lexi) Paris, is new to EPI, but not new to services! She started her career working as a direct support professional and went on to earn a degree from UNI (go panthers!) in social work. We can't wait for you to meet her.
 

John Neil, also new to EPI, joined us with a background in special needs teaching and coaching. He's done a fantastic job settling in and has proved nothing short of a team player.
 

Tamika Culpepper may look familiar to you. She too, has been promoted a program manager from direct support professional after a year and half. We feel she is well equipped to support the mission of EPI and look forward to watching her continue to excel in her career.
