Bob Peck Receives Community Builder Award

A congratulations is in order for our very own, Program Manager, Robert (Bob) Peck! Last week, Bob received the Iowa Association of Community Providers (IACP) Community Builder Award for 2022.

Here's what they had to say...
"Robert takes every opportunity to attend job fairs, speaking engagements and other recruitment activities in addition to teaching, training, and coaching his staff to be successful. He works hard with the DSPs on his team to instill in the importance of inclusion and having meaning and purpose in one’s life, utilizing opportunities in the community to model community inclusion, demonstrating the importance of breaking through the social stigma of mental illness so all people can achieve their hopes and dreams."

"Robert’s ability in this area has helped so many members with chronic mental health issues get healthier, stay healthier and work themselves out of needing service throughout his dedicated years of service."
