'Tis the Season of Giving!

To fulfill someone's holiday wish may not seem like much sometimes, but for someone who may not otherwise receive a gift, it's everything. That single gift lets them know that someone in the community is thinking about them. And honestly, is there any better feeling than giving the exact gift on someone's list and making their day?
EPI’s Giving Tree event started over 10 years ago as a way to meet modest needs of individuals served by EPI which would otherwise go unmet. Over the past few years gift requests have nearly doubled, and the number of requests now exceeds 400 needs! With your support, we can ensure that no one's needs go unmet and everyone will have a gift to open for the holidays.
This year's Giving Tree event will begin Monday, November 19 and will run through Wednesday, December 12. The Giving Trees hold tags with modest needs such as winter coats, clothing, books, and more. Giving Tree tags can be picked up EPI's Ansborough Office or Deery Center starting November 19. You can also contact us through Facebook and we can send you a need electronically. Or, visit www.episervice.org to designate a monetary gift to the Giving Tree and we will do the shopping for you.
We'd like to say a special thank you to the following businesses for supporting our mission and for hosting a Giving Tree this year.
- Ameriprise - Larry K. Fox & Associates
- CBE Companies
- CN Railway
- Harrison Truck Centers
- Nazareth Evangelical Lutheran Church
- Waterloo Police Protection Association
You can be a part of the Giving Tree and bring joy to someone this holiday season. If you have any questions about the Giving Tree, please feel free to contact us. From all of us at EPI, we can't thank you enough for your generosity, and we wish you a happy and healthy holiday season!
