Waterloo, IA - Exceptional Persons, Inc.’s (EPI’s) Ludell Bennett has joined EPI’s 5 Star Club as she was awarded November’s Direct Support Professional (DSP) of the month.
EPI’s 5-Star Club was created to celebrate the outstanding work of DSP’s at EPI. Peers nominate fellow DSP’s and recipients are chosen from those nominations.
Ludell’s nomination spoke of her desire to provide quality support to individuals. “Ludell has taken the time to learn more about the people she supports and attempts to add to the quality of their lives. She advocates for the persons best interests and works to identify areas of concern for persons served and gets them excited about working on these areas."
