posted by Nicole Rand on Thursday, October 1, 2015

Kelly Kratz, NIVC Services, Inc., and Nicole Ericson, Associate Program Director with Exceptional Persons, Inc. (EPI), were recognized earlier this week for their efforts to support Iowans with disabilities to exercise their responsibility to contribute toward self-sufficiency through work.

This award, provided by the Iowa chapter of the Association of People Supporting Employment First (APSE), is given to Iowa APSE members who demonstrate outstanding state-of-the-art practices and professional achievements in Employment First through the work they do with persons with disabilities.

APSE is the only national organization with an exclusive focus on integrated employment and career advancement opportunities for individuals with disabilities. The Iowa chapter focuses on improving and expanding integrated employment services so Iowans with disabilities have the opportunity to live their life to the fullest.

Nicole's continued commitment and passion related to Employment services has impacted so many lives at EPI and this recognition is very well deserved! Please help me congratulate Nicole for receiving this honor, and thank her for leading EPI's Supported Employment efforts!
